Pharmacy Delivery

Thank you for visiting our website. Over the past 12 months, due to movement restrictions and national lockdowns in the UK, online shopping has become much more necessary than ever before.

While online shopping as a whole has become much more widely used due to COVID-19, some of the largest increases were naturally seen in the healthcare industry itself - with pharmacy delivery services becoming a vital lifeline for many. The top two pharmacy delivery options in the UK are Lloyds pharmacy delivery and boots pharmacy delivery, but there are lots of other online pharmacy delivery options that offer the same goods and services, at even better prices.

Recently studies indicate that there has been a sharp increase in cases of insomnia and anxiety / depression reported to online doctor services during the outbreak, and an increase in painkiller prescription requests due to cancelled physiotherapy sessions.

Customers that have used our service before and need sleeping tablets, anti-anxiety medication or a strong painkiller delivered to their address quickly can order directly from our website - without a doctor's prescription.

Customers who have never used our service before can also order medication without a prescription but are advised to read our FAQ below:

1. How will my pharmacy delivery be packaged?

All medications sent using our service are delivered in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure customer privacy.

2. Do I need to pay for a pharmacy delivery?

A small, standard delivery fee generally applies unless otherwise stated at the checkout. In order to see if a delivery charge applies to your order add the medication to your online shopping cart and view the summary at checkout.

3. How long will it take for my pharmacy delivery to arrive?

Customers can expect their medication to arrive within 4 to 7 business days of placing an order in United Kingdom. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and all medications are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. *These are estimates and actual shipping time can vary due to public holidays, strikes and circumstances out of our control.

3. What should I do if my pharmacy delivery is late?

We strive for a fast and efficient service. However, like most e-commerce businesses, we rely on our courier service. Occasionally, there may be problems with the couriers that lead to delays. Furthermore, issues beyond our control such as public holidays, unusually high volumes of orders and late deliveries from manufacturers can lead to delays. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your medication.

4. What should I do if my pharmacy delivery is lost?

If 28 days have gone by and you still have not received your order, it is classified as lost. In the unlikely of event of this happening, customers are expected to contact customer support. An investigation will take place after a reasonable amount of time has passed. Customers will either be issued with a refund or a replacement product if the lost order is verified. Sometimes, orders may be lost due to incorrect customer account details. Please ensure that accurate account details like postal address and contact details are submitted when you place an order.

5. Pharmacy delivery customs duties and taxes

If you are ordering for delivery in United Kingdom there will be no fees, or additional charges. All goods sold on our website are sent from within UK. Some countries do however impose additional fees or import restrictions. You can contact our customer care department to find out more information regarding import controls.
